We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Scrum Master to lead our agile teams and ensure efficient, high-quality delivery of our next-generation telecom observability platform. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate agile practices across cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Data/AI teams to keep the project on track and aligned with strategic goals.

• Agile Facilitation & Coaching
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on agile best practices and principles to continuously improve team performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
• Project & Process Management
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to break down complex initiatives into manageable tasks.
  • Maintain and prioritize the team’s backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and sprint commitments.
  • Monitor progress using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software increments.
• Impediment Removal
  • Identify, track, and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress.
  • Coordinate with other teams or stakeholders to resolve dependencies and issues quickly.
  • Ensure that agile processes are adhered to and that risks are proactively managed.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a liaison between the agile teams and senior leadership to provide visibility into progress, challenges, and key deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives and status.
  • Assist in adapting agile practices to meet evolving project needs and organizational culture.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by promoting feedback and reflection at the end of each sprint.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and collaboration.
  • Track team performance metrics and share insights with leadership to inform future planning.

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Project Management roles within tech/software development environments.
  • Demonstrable experience facilitating agile methodologies in complex, cross-functional projects; experience in telecom, enterprise software, or AI/ML products is highly desirable.
• Certifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (e.g., PSM, SAFe) is required.
• Skills:
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Expertise in agile planning and execution tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to mentor teams and drive cultural change towards agile best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for process optimization.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience working on large-scale, data-intensive, or AI-driven projects.
• Familiarity with telecom network management systems and observability platforms.
